Episode 59 of the Mavens Do It Better Podcast features  Greg Frick, Senior Solution Engineer at Zones, Inc. After an inspiring conversation with Greg outside the Orange County Convention Center during Microsoft Ignite 2019, Heather asked Greg to join her on the podcast. Beautiful audio recorded at the #MSIgnite Community Hub podcasting booths – thank you to the amazing audio techs Julius and Jim for hooking us up!

Tune-in to hear their conversation on:

  • The "IT of No" - the negative effects on business and employee growth when organizations are resistant to technological change.

  • Improv theories in business - turning teams into ensembles to ensure projects keep momentum with "Yes, and" attitudes and creating environments where listening, experimenting, and learning are encouraged.

  • From anthropology to technology to Zen temple building –  Greg's origin story and career journey spans the gamut.

  • The power of vulnerability – how sharing our stories and hearing the stories of others builds community, stops us from comparing our internal to other people's external, and builds engagement.
